How much does shipping cost?

ILOT TRADING ships products via US Postal Service. All retail orders carry a flat-rate shipping charge of US$2.00 per order.

Does ILOT TRADING charge sales tax?

State laws require a California-based business (such as ILOT TRADING) to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states.

When are you going to ship my order?

Orders usually will be shipped the same or the following business day via US 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Can I place an order by sending you a check or money order?

Yes. Please make a check or money order for the sales amount (California residents add 8.25% sales tax) plus US$2.00 for shipping, payable to "ILOT TRADING" and send it to the following address:

How can I use Paypal to send you payment?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guaranty. If you are not happy with our products, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, provided they are returned in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
